Cox Farms Fall Festival

Location: Centreville, Virginia

Dates: Late September – Early November

Prepare for a day of farm-fueled fun at the Cox Farms Fall Festival. This beloved autumn attraction boasts a plethora of activities, including hayrides, giant slides, corn mazes, and live music. It’s the perfect place for kids and adults alike to get into the fall spirit.

Pumpkin Village Fall Festival 

Location: Leesburg Animal Park

Dates: Mid September – Early November

So many great activities at the Leesburg Animal Park (in addition to the amazing animals)! You can test out the Giant Hill Slides, drive the Pedal Carts, check out the Kiddie Zip line, explore the Hay Maze, and go on a Pony Ride (additional fee). 

Let’s not forget that you can also pet and feed all the animals including Camels, Zebras, Lemurs, Sloths and more!

The Waterford Fair

Location: Waterford, Virginia

Dates: Early October

Kicking off our list is the historic Waterford Fair, an event that literally transports you back in time. This charming fair takes place in the picturesque village of Waterford, known for its well-preserved 18th and 19th-century buildings.
