It’s the weekend of the 30th Annual Fall Farm Tour in beautiful Loudoun County, Virginia! Organized by the Loudoun County Department of Economic Development, this cherished family event is back to celebrate our rich agricultural heritage. And this year, they are introducing a convenient new feature to make your tour experience even more enjoyable.  
The Loudoun County Farm Tour will be open October 21st and 22nd from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and will offer loads of fun and family adventures.
 

Hop On, Hop Off: A New Way to Tour

The new “Hop On, Hop Off” tour features two 28-passenger shuttle buses. This innovative addition is designed to enhance your experience, making it easier than ever to explore the sights and flavors of Loudoun County.
 

Parking Convenience

Start your journey by parking your vehicle at either Paige’s Pit Stop or Hillsboro’s Old Stone School. These designated parking areas offer ample space for everyone, ensuring a smooth beginning to your farm tour adventure.
 

Seamless Transportation

The buses are ready to transport you from the parking areas to the farms on the tour. Relax and enjoy the scenic ride as you move from one location to another. 
 
The first bus departs from Hillsboro at 10:00 am, traveling up the Route 9 corridor towards Two Twisted Posts. The second bus departs from Paige’s Pit Stop at 10:30 am, heading towards Double 8 Alpaca Farm.
 

Flexibility

With “Hop On, Hop Off,” you’re in control of your itinerary. Visit the farms that pique your interest, spend as much time as you like exploring, and when you’re ready, hop on the bus to your next destination.

  • Paige’s Pit Stop: Your starting point for the tour, where you can park your car and hop on the shuttle. Don’t forget to grab your Loudoun Grown, Loudoun Made Farm Tour Swag Bag!

  • Double 8 Alpaca Farm: Get up close and personal with these adorable alpacas and explore their farm.

  • Hillsboro Old Stone School: Featuring a full farm market, this stop offers a delightful selection of locally produced goods.

  • Two Twisted Posts: Discover the charm of this unique destination on the tour.
